Chaithanya Mahila Mandali (CMM) is a registered Not for Profit ,community led Organization, founded by a group of women who once they were trafficked by the Human Traffickers and sold to Prostitution and in the later, they could come out and live as an live examples to offer life to the many women who are in the sex trade by rescuing them ,and to provide them an alternate livlihood options and stoping the second generation entering into sex trade. We are locally supported as of now,having registered leaglly to receive financial support from other countries to implement welfare projects to this underserved and vulnerable women and children so to give them the light of Hope.

To find and create lasting solutions to end man made Illness, Social injustice, abuse, Poverty and Hunger

1.Prevent and controlling sexually transmitted infections, HIV/AIDS:
-Behavioural change communications (BCC) and Information Education and Communication (IEC).
-Quality Sexually Transmitted Infections Care by extending Health Clinics and out reach health camps with Sex workers friendly Medical Team.
-Condom promotion to ensure correct and consistent usage of condoms in the entire Sexual encounter to prevent sexually transmitted infections such as HIV/AIDS also to prevent un-intended pregnancy.
-Enabling an Environment to access the essential services available wherever it is and to raise their voices against the social injustice, poverty and hunger.
2.Prevent trafficking of women in sex work :
-Creating awareness on trafficking , the constrains and the negative realities of being in Sex work
-Sensitizing and conduction of Advocacy with the Traffickers and others in the organised net work.
-Providing rescued women to find an right alternate livelihood by sending them back to home, placing them for Vocational training, job placements and etc

3.Prevent children entering into sex work :
-Creating awareness among the sex workers to keep their children safe and show a dignified life by allowing them to study and raise them to be better in their future life.
-Referral services, financial assistance to place these children in schools/colleges instead of living under the shadow of his/her mother which results often lure to Sex work once they grew older.

4.Provide alternate livelihood options to give-up sex work for those desires
-Skill development training's such as to take –up jobs in the NGO's as Peer Educators, community coordinators, counsellors, Project Directors, Trainer of Trainees and research works of Mapping and collecting information and etc.
- Training's on to take up small scale industrial works such as, to make products of Surf, Phenyle,Candle etc.
- Financial Assistance to those who can undertake the betty business such as establishing local Telephone booths, road side tea and Tiffin centers and etc.
-Training's on Stitching and Embroidery (Tailoring) and etc.
- Job placements in Hotels, Non-Government offices and in Multi National Companies based on their education and interest.

Donations to Chaithanya Mahila Mandali are Exempted form IT u/s 80G.
