The first tender 2011 for PSI is open from 7 December 2010! The deadline for submitting your project proposals is 14 February 2011, 15:00 hrs CET. The Private Sector Investment programme (PSI) (divided in PSI Regular and PSI Plus) is a subsidy programme of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs / Development Cooperation that supports innovative investment projects in emerging markets. A PSI project is an investment project, implemented by a Dutch (or foreign) company together with a local company, in one of the eligible developing countries. If this investment meets the criteria, it can be eligible for a grant by PSI. This grant consists of a financial contribution to the costs of the investment.
