Try to get together like-minded women entrepreneurs who understand that giving and not begrudging each other anything comes first.

• Create a maximum of contact possibilities among the member entrepreneurs.
• Fulfil concrete needs - cooperation, expansion of knowledge, inspiration, strengthening (women's) entrepreneurship, partnerships, etc.
• Guarantee that the members will meet regularly in the course of the year.
• Keep the connection with the members alive by interim communication via Internet, phone or post.
• Virtual get-togethers are possible but 'real' get-togethers are from time to time really necessary.
• Establish a permanent location where you can get together for network meetings.
• In all networking activities, see to it that your mutual interests are experienced as the binding force among your members.
• Have the network nurture the interest and curiosity of its members and their needs to learn and grow.
• Look for possibilities to extend the business opportunities of the members.
• Guarantee that the trust you share, as women entrepreneurs, will not be abused.
• Prevent disquiet, jealousy or distrust by a consistent atmosphere of openness.
• With your network offer something that the members can't get anywhere else.
• Evaluate every year, preferably together with all the members, if the network fulfils their needs and expectations.

Una red según el concepto Yente no empieza a tener éxito hasta que todos miembros muestren la voluntad de realmente ayudarse los unos a los otros. Esto significa sinceridad y confianza sin reservas. • Reuniones virtuales son una posibilidad, pero es absolutamente necesario reunirse 'de verdad'de vez en cuando.
• Crea un lugar fijo para las reuniones de red.
• Haz los intereses comunes el vínculo tangible en todas las actividades de red.
• Alimenta la red con el interés y la curiosidad de los miembros, y su necesidad de aprendery crecer.
• Busca posibilidades de aumentar las oportunidades comerciales de los miembros.
• Asegura que no se abuse de la confianza con la cual comportéis cosas como empresarias.
• Evita descontento, celos o desconfianza creando un ambiente constante de sinceridad.
• Ofrece con la red algo que los miembros no pueden encontrar en otros sitios.
• Evalúa cada año, si es posible junto con los miembros, si la red sigue cumpliendo con las expectativasy las necesidades
