1. The guiding principle

Yente is in its activities inspired by the principles of the social capital, which is an important basis for cooperation across sectors and across differences in social status, power  and countries. Social capital is the total of relationships that affects people and that contributes to economic growth and social welfare. An important aspect for the construction of social capital is the mutual confidence and to be able to share. Social capital brings social support, integration and social cohesion. That is the reason of our motto: building on trust, moving together.

2. Responsibilities of the user

By using MYente and all underlying  systems, you indicate that you support the  basic principle of MYente and will comply with the agreements we make with regard to the use of MYente.

• If you are a user, you must provide only honest information.

• As a user of MYente, you are a woman and have a company for your own account and risk and you are not under the age of 18 years.
• You agree that Foundation Yente may show the information you place on MYente in accordance with MYente system.
• You agree that you will not collect the information of other users shown in MYente to use in other programs other than MYente for mass e-mailing with the nature of spam.
• You ensure that no unsafe files which contain viruses and other malicious software are placed on MYente. You ensure that you will not perform illegitimate actions with the help of the techniques of MYente.
• You ensure that the content you placed is not offensive to others and testifies respect in regard to the beliefs of others.

3. The owner of MYente

MYente is owned by Foundation Yente, based in Leusden, and registered with the Chamber of Commerce from Gooi-, Eem- and Flevoland, with number 32113853.

Foundation Yente reserves the right to change these terms at any time, without giving notice to the users of MYente.

Yente put the capabilities of MYente available to the users and cannot verify if the placed content is correct and honest, and whether this has been obtained lawfully.

Yente does not judge the quality of the content. Yente reserves the right to remove all content which is found contrary to the terms of use or illegal content. The judgment and decision to delete content is fully in the hands of Foundation Yente.

Foundation Yente cannot guarantee that the data you place on MYente under all circumstances is available and continues to be shown and Foundation Yente accepts no liability for not placed content.

The services of MYente are free of charge. In the future, additional functionality can be added to MYente for which payment may be requested.

4. Privacy statement Yente Foundation

Foundation Yente recognized the importance of protecting personal information.

• When you sign up for MYente your data will be stored in the database of MYente and used within the MYente techniques, where your information is public and kept for unlimited duration and displayed in the relevant part of MYente. In addition, the data is logged in the CRM system of Foundation Yente which is intended solely for internal use by Foundation Yente.

• If you sign up for the Yente newsletters, your data will be saved till further notice  for forwarding of the newsletter and internal use of Foundation

• If you complete a form on the Web site your data is saved for internal use by  Foundation

• When you visit one of our Web sites, this visit is logged in the servers logfiles. This information is intended for statistical use.

• Foundation Yente reserves the right to adjust the privacy statement at any time.
